The PoisonHelp app is a great public health and disaster preparedness tool that is available for both the general public and health care providers.
Not only does the PoisonHelp app provide easy access to a local Poison Control Center for poison information or emergency assistance, but it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the United States (US).
The free and confidential call to the PoisonHelp hotline, 1-800-222-1222, connects you to a live nurse or pharmacist that can provide translation services in every language.
The PoisonHelp app also provides important information for all age groups in both the English and Spanish language.
